Service has been incredible (Ahmed - pool bar), we've barely needed to get up and get our own drinks! The food in the buffet is also great, no complaints there's plenty of choice for everyone and the options are brilliant each day. Animation team are fun and energetic! Only issues we've had are with the room but these were addressed and sorted straight away by the quality manager. Would recommend sunrise real resort!

We was very happy with the accommodation and service you provide. Your hospitality is amazing and we can not fault the hotel in any way. From lifeguards to bar tenders and cleaners nothing was too much trouble. I had my birthday whilst staying and your hotel, my room was decorated and a cake was made. We was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and with the friendliness of all your staff. We will definitely be back. Thankyou for an amazing holiday

Wow what a holiday. Large, clean rooms (they upgraded us to a family room from standard). Service second to none - absolutely efficient and attentive. Friendly helpful. I'm vegetarian and the buffet restaurant manager would walk me around every evening showing all the dishes. I found the food hot, fresh and plentiful in the buffet. Absolutely delicious. If you're a chicken nugget and chip kind of person, you may have some issues but if you're adventurous and open to trying new things you will love it. The drinks were excellent. The shuttle bus to the beach really helpful. Its not far and walkable but a welcome ride after a day at the beach. Which was fantastic, beach bar wonderful, towel man lovely, life guards were spot on and the sea is stunning. Get snorkels. You won't regret it. What a fantastic value trip, our intro to Egypt, what an amazing first impression 👏

We had an absolute blast at the Sunrise Remal Resort! Yoga, stretching, and all sorts of fun stuff, both in and around the pool. The animation team really made our stay special. Shoutout to Moises in particular. The guy's got a real knack for making you feel great, especially with his fluent Spanish, which came in handy for translations. In a lively dance of leisure and grace, we found joy in every space. For in the company of friends and the cheer of Moises' aid, every moment was a parade. "True bliss is found in moments shared, where languages blend and souls are bared."

(Total waste of money) I stayed for only 6 hours as I missed my flight. The room (2241) was awful, the AC was not working and making an annoying sound constantly. The sink was broken, the water can not be dispensed. The toilet was a disaster, the Housekeeping didn't flush nor clean the toilet after the previous guest. The reception and the duty manager didn't not do anything when I complained they remained with being sorry only. ——————— UPDATE Relying to the management below non sense comment, what is the benefit from me giving a bad review? Your reply is a classic unprofessional reply that the room is good and nothing of what I mentioned is true! I was clear, I stayed for only 6h; rooms are to be inspected before guests arrival. I am not expected when checking in 1am to call reception to change my room when I need to only sleep for few hours and head to airport 6am in the morning. With simple logic, toilet is definitely flushed when I saw it because it’s disgusting, sink was screwed, AC compressor is malfunctioning and it keeps disconnecting.
