I was in Egypt for the first time, so this hotel gave me unforgettable memories and inspired me to come to this country more often. The territory is very large, picturesque and well-kept. Staff - at the highest level! Very polite, they will always help with any questions. The animators will never let you get bored and sad, I really appreciate their work ️ The sea and the beach are wonderful, they take care of cleanliness. I will miss the atmosphere and I am glad that I chose the Grand Oasis Resort for my first trip to Egypt💓

Good hotel. We checked in quickly. The rooms are old, but everything is clean and tidy. Everywhere is clean. Good varied food, not bad alcohol. Beautiful reef. Soho is a five minute walk away.

Great Resort. checked in quickly. Only 8 min to the airport, room is very clean and wonderful pool and sea view as panorama , everything is clean and tidy especially toilets delicious food, Amazing reef and garden , Free WiFi all over the resort, Soho Square is a five minute walk away and there is a bus for free transport , very helpful and friendly Staff especially Mr.Floppater a Recseptionest who helped me many times At the end i would like to thank grand oasis for this amazing trial and many thanks for Mr.Floppater

Negative check-in experience : the receptionist Samuel was not friendly or professional , i got my room after unnecessary and unpleasant arguments ! The design of the hotel is not convenient if you have a baby's stroller or an elderly person. access to the restaurant (second floor) or the lobby (first floor) from the ground level, you must use the stairs. Even with the elevator , you must go up and down stairs.. and a lot of stairs in the corridor between the rooms with no ramp ! The room was okay .. and beds are comfortable . Marine life is the best thing about the hotel. With a wonderful spot for snorkeling with colorful corals . The beach is rocky but well organized.. but sunbeds is seriously in bad shape . staff were helpful and friendly .. Thanks to hussein saad @ the restaurant, yonan the bellman, Ahmed the house keeping Food quality and variety were great thanks to the main chef
