I visited this place to see how it is as I usually go in another hotel here around. Rooms are not bad even would need to be refreshed. Some of them are mini flats with a kitchen. The best value of the hotel is that down at the open reception you can rent motorbikes at very correct price and they are in very good state.. Just avoid the guy at the reception. He is pure stupid. Look when woman is there. She is the owner of motorbike's rental and she is delicious, very open, smiling and correct. Also in this place they have a mini restaurant with excellent breakfasts. Food in general is good, depending what you take. Waiter/waitress really smiling and nice with clients! Enough to be underlined.. If you are planning to visit Phuket and wants to hire a car, Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google).

I have lived here with my family for the past 8 years. This place does not have a swimming pool, though customers may use sister hotel's swimming pool. Sister hotel is called Sunset Beach Resort, located at Kalim Bay. Thing is, if you rent a motorbike here, it really doesn't matter where you stay. This hotel is a ten minute walk to the main Patong beach, and is located on the second street to the beach, so it is quieter. There are street stalls just nearby and a nice cafe with free wifi just below. The rooms are of a decent size, with a balcony and kitchenette. Very convenient for those who prefer to cook. You just have to buy your own ingredients to cook. Beware as with all other hotels here, blackouts can happen, though nothing much can be done except wait it out. Orange car phuket or Easy to book car at web site (quickly found in google).
