Stayed at Sunshine Boutique Hotel for 3 nights. Had nothing but the best experience here. From the clean rooms to amazing customer service. I would like to commend the Guest Relation staff, Victoria (Thanh Thao), for her patience, politeness, and friendliness. Victoria helped me immensely in terms of sites, food recommendations, and general assistance. Victoria is really good at what she does, is highly proficient in English, and i am glad to have made a new friend. Thank you for the amazing 3 days! Highly recommend this place!

I loved staying here! Thanh Thao and the rest of staff were so kind and attentive. The service really made the stay. We were able to hold our bags at the reception desk after our early arrival before we were able to check in, which allowed us to do a little exploring. Thanh Thao showed us to our room once we were able to check in and made sure we were comfortable. The location is in a great part of the district close to the parks and in walking distance of everything, but far enough to have some quiet when we want to recharge. The hotel itself is very cute and humble with a classic air to it. The rooms are a bit limited on outlets, which can be a challenge in this day and age and our dependency on electronics, but we survived and it wasn't a deal breaker. The price and charm are hard to beat. I would definitely stay here again just for the service. If you're looking for a nice stay chance to connect with the people, I highly recommend staying here. 👌

Services are good in general, good price and convenient location and nice customer care staff (Thao & male receptionist) Suggestion for improvement: - change drinking water bottle by LAVIE branch - near the working desk, socket for laptop plugging in is unaccessable.
