I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The room I was allocated was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. What stood out most was the hotel's ideal location, particularly for those attending events or meetings at the SECC. Its proximity to the convention center greatly minimized travel time and hassle, making it a perfect choice for business travelers. However, I did notice a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the room service is not available round-the-clock, which might be a bit inconvenient for guests who have late-night cravings or early morning needs. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool might be a drawback for those who look forward to relaxing swims during their hotel stays. Overall, my experience was highly positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-located accommodation near the SECC.

My stay in this hotel in Nov 23 was a disappointment. The hotel was advertised as a new hotel in Accor chain, however the room that I stayed was not clean and I don't think it is a brand new hotel at all. The air-con looks dirty (I added in the picture), the iron in my room was not working properly. The hotel did nothing to recognise Accor gold members. There was no welcome amenity, no room upgrade offered (even though they had availability at the time I checked in). There wasn't any good memory of my stay in this hotel. I would not come back to this hotel in future, there are far more good Accor options in HCMC.

Room is Clean Breakfast Buffet 7/10 Nearby not much hangout places at night. Walking distance (within 1km) to a shopping mall. 7-11 convenience store next door.
