The room is small but it has everything you could need plus is perfectly located. I’ve stayed here two years in a row and would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t need a big room. Also love the onsen! If you are a high maintenance traveler I don’t recommend staying here. If you are a seasoned traveler that is looking for a clean place to stay with great amenities it is perfect.

Perfect if you travel alone as I did. If you are two it may be a bit cramped. Free breakfast, free welcome drinks, free hot bath (artificial onsen)… free luggage storage day of arrival, mobile charger and fridge in room. You can chose pillow types upon arrival. So many things so we'll thought of. Close to Akihabara and a metro station.

Came here as a foreigner for half the stay in Japan. I also got another hotel nearby. I must say, the whole time I was there, I honestly couldn’t wait to leave. Our rooms were smaller than what the photos portrayed so it was really uncomfortable, especially when using the bathroom. I understand this is a cultural thing, but I was hoping for a bit more space, for my comfort sake. I cannot poop in peace or change clothes when it’s so tight in space. Views suck. There were a lot of miscommunications as well with the staff. Although I’m grateful some spoke English and were very nice, some were just meh, like they didn’t care or try. So we had issues on that front. The complimentary food however, was delicious. I love it. The ability to choose your pillow firmness/softness was a nice feature. The location was good in some ways. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for foreigners. There are better hotels that can accommodate our needs more efficiently. Yes, I know most hotels are small, but some are just waaayyy too small for me. I’m glad a found a better place.
