On arrival I requested a second room and was told I could not have the same price as I had paid for the 1st one and could not book it online. I was quoted a premium rate, more than 300 baht extra and told I could take it or not by a stern faced older woman who was totally unfriendly. I paid the rate as we had a young child in our party who was very tired. The room and toilet were dirty and the bed sheet had hair on it. Under the bed had never been cleaned. The second room was of the same substandard. The location is good. When checking out we met a very friendly older male member of staff but I wouldn't stay there again.

If you have a Thai friend ask them to come by and ask the price for you. My buddies Thai girlfriend came by and got me a price of 570 baht a night for a week-long stay in a basic small... The next week I wanted to stay again for the next 7 days and the lady that runs the place tried to charge me 750 a night... When I asked why they said it was because I was a foreigner..... I thought that was pretty laaame since I had already been staying there one week before 🤷 The room itself was nice enough buuut charging more based on the color of my skin is not cool even in Thailand 😂

have used the service here for a long time. Even though sometimes the water doesn't flow or the air conditioner isn't cool, I never complain. Every time I book through OYO, I've never defaulted even once. Recommend friends to stay, but this time because it was a holiday, it was canceled at the time we checked in. If you're not happy to let regular customers stay, you can cancel with us early. We won't be in trouble because there are a lot of accommodations in Pattaya. We called to confirm with you that we would check in at 9:00 p.m., but you refused us during the payment process to get the key back, claiming that today's holiday could sell for a higher price than what we booked in advance. Worst of all, even though we were able to find a new place to stay quickly, we had a terrible feeling.

DON’t STAY HERE! Booked a room that was confirmed and payed through Agoda a week in advanced, but on arrival the receptionist told me that all rooms were full. Asked her why they did not informed me earlier, they must had known this at least a day earlier, but she told me that she already had sent many customers with bookings away because the hotel was overbooked. She did not offered any solution or any help, just “go look in street for room'”.Never experienced such a rude receptionist. Agoda also called the hotel and tried to resolve the problem because the booking was confirmed and payed, but no succes. Probably sold the room to someone for a higher price, so be aware when booking here… totally customer unfriendly staff/hotel!!

It’s the worst hotel experience in my life! When we arrived, angry woman didn’t want to open the door for us Then we showed her our full pre paid today booking on Agoda and she just didn’t want to listen to us Hotel was full… and our booking was ignored Hotel looks much worse than on photos, also I saw a lot of drunk and high guests sitting right to the main enter Don’t ever try this experience Now I’m asking for full refund on Agoda with compensation of taxi and searching for new hotel in the middle of the night expenses😉
