Great budget hotel. I have been there twice. Rooms are clean, wifi is great and aircon works properly. I really like the place. It's nothing fancy but feels like home. Staff doesn't talk much but is always nice. I don't really get the bad reviews to be honest...

Clean room with refrigerator and kettle. Decent bathroom. One of the best rooms in the area at this price point. Great coffee shop across the road and street food. Much cheaper and better quality than directly in the tourist area.

Relatively lousy experience with the room having a problem with the air conditioner which was fixed after some time besides the staff gossiping about what you are doing inside the hotel and this Some kind soul told me, thank you for that. Example of which girl you spent the night with, which girl came and generally there should be gossip mainly from the cleaners and the staff. So I do not recommend the hotel and from what I see and from the rest of the comments and one to two stars is too much. In addition, they charged me more money, while the price was, for example, 300 thousand, they charged me around 330 and I don't know the reason, so they are already overcharging. So be careful when you go over there Other than how much will they charge you and what else can he reserve about what I mentioned above thank you very much

So the wash bashin does not work allow water to drain properly. The place is beyond horrible. I asked for a refund as it was not upto human standards, the guy was rude and barely spoke English. He said you can get the money from Agoda. Agoda said they will contact OYO as they need to talk with them. However OYO was avoiding their calls..... Do yourself a favour and pay 150,000 dong more and you can get yourself a room twice as big with facilities that work.. I moved to Felix hotel after and it was great.
