Constant cigarette smoke from early morning to late evening in my room. No toilet paper. My room had no wifi. Room was never turned over in 4 days. Loud music from the gym down stairs until late. Aircon was on its last legs and didn't keep the room cold. TV was nonfunctional. No kettle. No fridge. Room was not clean. Was locked out of my room for no reason and when I had this fixed, did not even get an apology or explanation. Building is filthy with rubbish everywhere. Bedding kept in the staircase, a bad fire hazard. With all the smoking in the hotel, more fire hazards is not what you want. Need to leave the hotel to get food or coffee. Washer and dryer was a nice touch. Access to clean water to refill drinking containers is good. Lots of hot water to take showers. Inexpensive hotel with friendly staff. Nice location with lots of parking and an easy walk into the city centre.

First of all, cockroaches are everywhere in the room. What you try to mean by "SUPER OYO", when even a basic thing is not concerned. Blanket, pillow case and mattress cover are dirty and not properly washed. White towel are dirty and are light grey in colour. All of them really need to soak in clorox and wash with detergent. It's really the time to change to a new pillows. I'm not expecting too high from what I'm paying. But there is a compulsory thing when it comes to hygiene issues. This wasn't my first time staying in OYO hotel and in previous hotel it was a very a pleasant experience Very spacious room. Shower gel are available. A hot shower is also available. Air conditioners are working well. Parking is available right in front of the hotel and at the basement. Not wheelchair accessible entrance. Staffs are very friendly.

Pros: powerful shower water. The toilet appears to be in good condition. The air conditioner is blasting. The floor room appears to be clean. Cons: The hotel is quite small. Cockroaches scurried around while everyone slept. There is no drinking water bottle. The wallpaper is shredded, and the paint on the walls is getting brittle and peeling. The hallway leading to the room appears to be spooky. Nothing is nice or delightful. The lighting is poor in the room and on the toilet. The bright red OYO pillow has never been cleaned. The fragrance is unpleasant. If unintentionally inhaled, it might cause gastrointestinal distress.

Rooms and bathroom were old. The blankets were stained and so were the bedsheets and towels. Kinda grossed out but it was just a 1 night's stay at a cheap hotel so couldn't expect and complain much. Water heater not working at night maybe because too many people using at the same time? View from the room is nice. Can see houses and mountains.The location was good though as it was near town and ample of parking spaces around.

Room very dirty with ants, cockroach and flying insects. Reported to counter. They say they will send ppl to sweep of those insect and apply chemical to ensure it will not come out from the bed. The bedding are extremely old with stains. Ask to cancel the room due to hygiene. The Indian lady in the counter. Many have stayed the same room with no complain. The best they can change room but reluctant to promise clean and no insect. Ask us to try. No cancel allowed after receipt issued. Such a place with dirty, dark, smelly and full of insect for RM120 a night on 24 Apr 2023 its day time robbery. There are many other option in that around for the similar rates. Worst experience ever.
