My husband and I stayed at this hotel in December 2023 till just after news years day. The hotel is lovely and clean, very modern and pleasant in all areas. The rooms were all well equipped with amazing views of the canal and we could see the Burj Khalifa from our bedroom. This was an added bonus as we watched the new years eve fireworks from the comfort of our room. If I had to fault something it would be the wicker round lamp shade hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom, it was too low and probably not the best place to put it. My husband often forgot it was there and bumped into it quite a bit! There were many lovely choices at the breakfast buffet, lots of variety throughout. Location was great too, it was quite a walk to Dubai Mall, took us 40 minutes to walk back on New years eve as there were no taxis available. We like walking so not a problem but I wouldn't do that walk everyday! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again given the chance.

Excellent hotel in every aspect. Want to specially thank Mrs Dally in the reception, very professional and kind. Upgraded our room for my wife's birthday. We also booked a business lounge access which is wonderful during the whole day along with quality breakfast choices. The gym is big so the pool area. Many superb restaurants in the hotel and the views are inspiring

Amazing hotel! Had a free upgrade which was lovely and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was great with a large selection and the pool and gym was great too. Hotel was super clean and spacious and had lots of different areas. Definitely recommend.
