The location was great but everything else was disappointing. The kitchen facilities were inadequate for decent cooking. One small pan with no lid, a beat up frying pan, a microwave which barely functioned and grease dripping onto the stove top from the overhead extractor. The en suite bathroom was also in poor shape. The cold water tap constantly leaked, the shower door kept jamming and there was no door. We thought the underground parking was good until one of the cleaners covered our car with filth emptying the steam cleaner right next to our car. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful.

I was very dissatisfied with this apartment we arrived to find the shower screen had fallen off and placed beside the shower and toilet. We had no dishwashing liquid or powder, when we asked for some they had none at reception we were then told just to use laundry liquid 😂. We only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights. The dryer was not working the guy then Devi to enter our apartment whilst we were out without advising us and told us he did and the dryer was fine, it still wasn’t working. My daughter was swimming in the pool when the maintenance man decided to start tipping chemicals in the pool this should be done when the pool area is closed. We were limited to cooking utilities, as well as not even a broom to sweep the floor.

Was very disappointed. Railing on the pool was very unsafe and unstable, my mum suffers with arthritis and needs a rail to get in and out of a pool but it was too dangerous to use, several things broken in the room we stayed in, such as, bathroom cupboard, chairs, curtain/blind, the dishes were also VERY dirty, overall just very unimpressed. Won't be coming back.
