Why is this place not a 5.0??? We have never felt so welcomed and loved from a stranger 😆 as soon as we came through the door, we were meet by such warm greetings. We had the option to do a self check-in, but due to lack of reception, we completely missed that important email from our booking! No fault of the Susan's Villa, as all of the information was graciously explained at our arrival. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The walk was wonderful and Niagara Falls were close. Parking was included. The rooms were very nice and amenities were all in great condition! Alice and her husband were very kind and warm! This place was so clean, comfortable, and convenient that it was an absolute gem. 10/10 - would visit again!

Had an incredible experience here! The warm welcome kicked off right from the parking lot. Alice was extremely nice, making us feel right at home! The room was clean and inviting, while the service was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was a delightful bonus, really enjoyed it. Will definitely be recommending this place!

One of the best B&B experiences I've ever had. Alice was amazing. From day one, she made us feel at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating and gave us an early check-in. Breakfast was great and exactly what you need before a long day exploring the city. The location is perfect, close to all the amenities that you need. The rooms are big and clean and have a lovely antique vibe. I can't think of a single thing I would change about my experience at Susan's Villa. I just wish I could leave them more than 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again the next time we want to see Niagara.
