What I liked about it : The staff were okay. : Water and coffee were provided. What can be improved : We booked a standard queen room, it looked good in the photos. The room was small and smelly, the walls are unclean as well. We needed to choose another room, the deluxe queen to have a better stay. With extra charge ofcourse. : Parking was so difficult, they have like a basement parking that is hard to go to for 3 slots only I think. Then the lift from this basement is rosak.

The most lousiest hotel I have ever been. I booked the deluxe family room. The ac was not working its so noisy. no parking provided. In the website it looks so good. Its all are make up with lighting. I think the photos taken when its was newly opened. Ridiculous I booked this hotel. There is nothing below to describe the hotel. Its so bad and not worth it at all for the price.

Best 3 star hotel with "parking lot" . In term of amenities, well...its a 3 star hotel. Quite ok for me. Decent room/air cond/lift etc . Room not that big. Just enough to solat & put some luggage on the floor. . Parking wise...it only have very limited parking. With maximum 5 car cramped together. Otherwise, you'll have private parking on the side. With rm20-40/night parking. Well..its the best a hotel in a middle of KL can offer. Other hotel, dont event have parking!! We stayed there for 2 nights, its good enough for me to have a sleep & good rest for the next day. If i ever need hotel with parking in middle of KL in future, i will choose this one.

A good and nice budget hotel. I really love the customer services, the staff were very nice to all of us. Close to dataran and lrt masjid jamek, pretty near to sogo. This are some weird things that people do not enjoy but not me. I am a person who do not enjoy sleeping in a quiet room especially with an aircond. Most hotel that I went ofc have a good quite room with an ac, I need to bear with it as we acknowledge it is a hotel. I am also a person who cannot stand with coldness, im easily getting flu. But the room that staying in this hotel were different. Their ac had an option until 30c, which is very warm and not that cold. Their ac had the sound of fan which is not make the room quiet at all. Weird but as a person like me, i really glad for this. OTher than that I do enjoy.
