Wonderful experience. We stayed ten nights and loved every moment. The rooms are great. The amenities, including gym, pools, hairdresser, cafes, and restaurants, were very convenient. We loved the buffet breakfast and the overall service and attention from the staff. They were very attentive and always on hand to help regardless of the situation.

I stayed here by mistake having been caught up in the recent flight cancellations due to UK air network going down. The Hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff very efficient, smart and accommodating. Considering we had descended on them last minute and a very large group we were treated like any guest would hope to be treated. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the Restaurant and choice and presentation of food was second to none. I have made a decision to return at some point in the future and definitely stay at this hotel. l Well done to all the staff you are a credit to your Hotel

I stayed in this hotel over the summer and then came back to stay for even longer over the Christmas period. I can safely say it's the best hotel I've stayed in and is in fact more than a hotel: it's a complete institution which has everything you need, so much so that while staying in İzmir, you would never have to leave the hotel you didn't want to. Facilities are excellent: great breakfast, multiple bars and restaurants, big gardens to walk around in, a fully equipped gym, pools, and spas, laundry service, and much more. But if you do want to go outside and explore, then it's in a great central location for exploring İzmir and the hotel will arrange anything you need if you want to go on trips. (Edit: forgot to say that the rooms are great and super clean too).. The staff here are generally amazing and will make sure that you feel at home. I especially thank Guest Relations Manager Ayşe for making a huge effort to make me welcome, Eleonora who is always so friendly, and Gözen who always welcoming with guests around the hotel. Additionally, the process of checking in and out is smooth and reception staff will do their best to answer any question or request you have during your stay. During my stay each time, receptionists Kübra and Cağla checked me in and were very helpful with any admin tasks regarding my room as I was staying for a long time, and they made everything easy for me. The breakfast buffet at the hotel possibly has the biggest selection of food of any hotel ever (?). The lunch buffet too, if you come in the right season for it, has extensive choices and some of the best food I've tried while in İzmir, and there are more restaurants in addition to this. I also note that all of the waiting and restaurant staff are very friendly too. Among restaurant staff I would also like to thank İbrahim in the Swiss cafe/lobby bar who is always nice to chat with: he has been here during both of my stays and I have noticed that he is a warm person who is always very good with guests. Başak in the Swiss cafe is also always an attentive staff member, and kind. The same can be said for housekeeping staff. I thank Hafize for her kindness and for sorting out everything I needed for my room according to my preferences. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants the easiest and most comfortable stay while in Izmir, and I thank all staff for their hospitality and wish them all the best in future.
