WORST hotel I’ve been to!!! Please don’t be fooled by the pictures and waste your money!! Emergency circumstances meant for us to book the night before we flew out to Izmir and didn’t remember to read the reviews about this place otherwise my husband and I would have never booked it…. Lights not working Toilet door doesn’t shut Broken shower Broken Jacuzzi Mattes so old dips in the middle Cockroache in the room Very old decor and miss leading from the pictures. Extreme noise coming from the traffic and a tram going pass every ten minutes which wasn’t told to us. To have breakfast you need to go next door to the kebab shop and is extremely basic. Kebab smell in the rooms Towel’s don’t smell fresh room not cleaned properly Come night time men bringing in women off the streets. I would Not recommend this hotel at all!!

Good location near to Basmane Metro Station and food points. Breakfast was not that good though with limited items may be good for the locals but not for tourists. Rooms were spacious and comfortable

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. The shower room was broken and after announcing the reception and no repair, I requested a change of room, which did not accept, and after bad behavior and ugly and the call of the manager changed, but the shower was still broken at the new room too!!!!. In short, bad service, bad personnel behavior, bad location …. Don't go in one sentence.
