It was a great hotel with nothing to complain about. I think being able to check in in your room is a very good service. The check-in time was around 8pm, which was very helpful for me as I arrived tired and wanted to settle down as soon as possible. The next morning after checking in, I happened to pass by a staff member in the hallway on my way to breakfast, and I was surprised that he remembered my last name. (It was a different person than the one in charge of check-in) The staff were all very responsive and I felt that they were very well trained. There were four lounges available for free use, including the one in the Prince Hotel building next door, but I only used two because I didn't have enough time. It was July, so paper and pens for Tanabata decorations were available in the lobby, and we were able to hang them freely on the Tanabata decorations in the courtyard. It was a great experience for the children. The only disappointing point was that both the washroom and toilet doors opened inward, which made it difficult to use. In particular, the toilet feels very small when entering and exiting. However, it was a type D room, so a larger room might be different. I stayed for several nights, but I regret that I couldn't find time to use the club lounge during cocktail hour, the gym, or the sauna. This is a hotel I would definitely stay at again if I have the chance.

My eldest son was having his wedding at Takanawa Kihinkan, so I stayed in a Japanese-style room A type (Shinchohana) to preview the wedding venue. We are very fortunate to be able to enjoy a delicious breakfast in our rooms. The staff were kind to my third son, who has a handicap, and made his stay very comfortable.

I stayed here for New Year's! The reception and response is as expected from a club floor. The amenities in the room were also very complete. The bathroom is also spacious enough. The breakfast was very satisfying. If you stay here, you can also use other club lounges on the same premises, so you can enjoy each lounge with a different style. Lounge hopping was fun.

Stayed in Japanese room B, Yamabuki room for 2 nights and 3 days. I have never stayed at any Prince in Shinagawa before, so this was my first time. Since the site is extremely large, I had a hard time figuring out where the closest parking lot was to Hanakoro. It's easier to find if you enter "Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa" in your navigation system. By the way, this hotel doesn't seem to have valet parking. It was raining so that was inconvenient. After arriving, give your name at Grand Prince Takanawa and we will guide you to the exclusive lounge. Upon check-in, we received a welcome drink and tea and sweets. This lounge is exclusively for Hanakoro guests. However, Hanakoro guests can also use the club lounges at Grand Prince New Takanawa, Grand Prince Takanawa, and Sakura Tower. I went to two other places, but I think it's better to imagine them as airport lounges, except for Hanakoro. I was very satisfied with the food presentation at Hanakoro. The room is just like the photo and very nice. I can't believe I'm in Tokyo. It gives the impression of being at a hot spring inn. For breakfast, you can choose to eat in your room or in the lounge, but this time we had it in our room. The content seems to be the same. We were well aware of allergenic ingredients, so we were able to provide peace of mind. The day before, we had in-room dining, and I was surprised to see that allergy ingredients were controlled there as well. It's really helpful and I'm grateful. Everything was very delicious. I had no trouble during my stay. The only thing that really bothered me was that I could hear footsteps from upstairs and in the hallway. I thought I could hear it when I was awake, but when I was sleeping, I woke up in the morning to footsteps. It's a building issue, so I'm not sure if anything will be fixed, but I'd be happy if it were fixed. I will be staying here again, and it has become my favorite hotel because it is so relaxing. Thank you again.
