Really enjoyed staying here with stunning views of the bridge from the roof top restaurant and the room. Very close walking distance to Galata tower. All staff were very friendly and the woman in reception was always happy to help out. Room was perfect and cleaned every day. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

What a great experience we had at this hotel. We received the best service. We needed to check out early and therefore, would miss the breakfast so they offered to make us some sandwiches. It is a very nice attention at 5AM to have a little lunch ready for you.

So it's a mixed review for this hotel. The room was not well cleaned upon our arrival. We have mentioned to reception and this will be rectified. Maybe was a once off mistake. The hotel is surrounded by older, unattractive buildings and hardware stores. Felt a bit unsure walking past 11pm but felt perfectly safe on days that we walked earlier than that. The room itself does have very beautiful views of the golden horn, this is a huge plus. The restaurant view is even more amazing with fantastic restaurant staff that we loved. Despite it's surrounding buildings it's still near a beautiful promenade which has stunning views too. The t1 tram to sultanamet is only a 10min walk away, and not far from taksim etc, so quite centrally located in that sense. It's a tricky one..daytime reception staff are great. Alan was lovely, as well as the ladies at reception.

I had a awful experience with a taxi driver really needed a coffee and to feel safe. I asked at reception and they told me where it was available the bell boy carried my case and left me at lift I had already told them I was not their guest . All the staff I met were really very helpful and I really just want to say thank you for your service and help today it is greatly appreciated. I had not mentioned the incident to any of the staff.

Unprofessional management, We didn’t have a good experience in the hotel restaurant. After a long trip we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. It took 20 minutes to get the menu and at the same time the guy told us that we can’t serve you the food as you are not following our dress code. It is the first time that we experienced this kind of behaviour. I do not recommend this hotel.
