Oh my god, the hotel was bad, the room was like a chicken coop. the air conditioner dumping all the water on the floor and the water that ruined me and the phone charger underneath was the plug that was wet with water 😏 and that cost £50 the safe in the room didn't work it was broken. I tell you to be very careful it is not safe like a hotel the doors are not safe when pushed and fall on the floor😕

Morning shift Lady front desk staff was very awesome flexible & friendly. Room was so small, smelly very bad. Beds are so tight & not even enough for 1 person. Very noisy room. There is no fan inside the bathroom even the bathroom is so small. Night shift Man was so rude & so stupid to deal with. One time he told me that he is just a security man. Then in the morning the front desk Lady told that he is unfortunately. He is the night shift front desk staff. Please be careful when dealing with him. I really don’t recommend staying at this hotel. Specially for families. The location is nor safe to stay or to walk around. Very bad experience ever for me.

The worst room I have ever seen is located in this hotel. I paid for a single room but they forced me to accept an extremely small room which had a large bed. There was no place to put my luggage. The table was dirty and they left the remainder of soap and garbage in the bathroom. There was no Bathroom sink cover and it was disgusting. I have to mention that They had a well-mannered hotelclerck . I forget his name but I guess he was afghan and he was a gentleman. The air conditioning was also acceptable.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for 5 weeks we all were accomodated in a double room at the top of the house. It may be a * 1 hotel we were very well looked after by the Manager who made us very welcome. After all you only need a base in Istanbul and being in Beyoglu it was perfectly located for everything, a bit noisy at night but we enjoyed our stay.. would we return.. YES sometimes it important to experience a low budget hotel for that experience, you cannot complain about the rates there were reasonable so it worked for the 3 of us. Hope to re visit in 2023 and return to the Taxim they know us and we know them, super central location interesting experience 🤪👍👍🇬🇧

Location is fine, very central, Night Shift concierge is super friendly!) However, the room for 1 person is incredibly dirty and uncomfortable. There is no ventilation, but you can’t sleep with the window open, because it’s very noisy outside. There is no space at all so you can’t even open your bag on the floor. Towels were dirty, walls were dirty. Booked for 8 nights but survived only 3,5, was out at 6am because the I couldn’t sleep for two nights AT ALL
