we stayed in this hotel mid-October 2023. location is great. 5 min walk to Taqsim sqaure. however, rooms are too small. we barely could walk round the bed and therefore no place for the bags. bed size was too small. it was 160 I believe. I liked breakfast and staff were okay. worst thing for me was room temperature! Heater was not working and it was so cold. All staff were wearing jackets and when I asked them to provide an extra blanket, it was not thick enough.

The location is great, just 5 minutes away from taksim square and the road is flat. The major problem is the slow lift, it takes ages to come and if you are going down it stops at higher floors if called at the same time and misses the lower floors. The rooms are clean but very small, and breakfast isn’t of much variety (but I think this is the case in most hotels in Turkey). Finally, the internet connection in rooms is bad, you would rather buy an internet sim card instead of the struggle. Staff are super friendly and cooperative. If you are not staying a lot in the hotel, and won’t be using the lift during breakfast time neither the internet, I strongly recommend.

The Hotel is ok , staff are friendly . It can be better for four stars hotel . Bath room need some maintenance and the hotel need better ventilation.

Everything in the hotel was at the minimum level, bed 140 cm, bathroom 65 cm, room 250 x 260! Only one elevator for 7 floors (not supported the 8th floor!) . that stopped with more than 3 people. Very poor breakfast, no view, You can hear all the sounds in the adjacent room. No servicing elevator, not so clean, additional facilities... But expensive. Only the staff were nice
