Good stay. Family was lovely, had to check in early as we arrived from overnight train, but they got the room ready promptly. Great location a short ride or walk from the town next to a limestone cliff. Rooms were basic but clean and nice. A few things to improve would be mid up the breakfast and have good Vietnamese coffee and change towels everyday. Also not sure if the pool pump was going at all while we were there. Overall good value for money.

I loved this place!!! The family that runs it can’t be any nicer!!! Besides the hotel being really nice, with a super comfy bed, and nice pool (that we couldn’t use because it was too cold in Ninh Binh), we rented a scooter from them. We were super unlucky that we got a flat and had to take a mototaxi back to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel, they said not to worry, we gave them the address where we had to leave the scooter and they took care of everything. Also the breakfast was really nice, make sure you try the homemade jam that they make with pineapple and ginger. My only regret is not having more time to stay at this place.

Amazing home stay, the family is very sweet, gave us the taste of vietnamese family life. The rooms are very comfoetqble and clean. Very welcoming helpful and kind. Will come back here for sure!

Loved our stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The owners are very friendly and will help you with everything. You can ask the owner for a homecooked meal (more authentic Vietnamese than in the Tam Coc touristy areas) which was very tasty. She cooked up local snails and frogs, delicious! The hotel has bikes which you can use free of charge. Motor bikes can also be rented. You can also do your laundry here. It was 150K for 4kg. Good price! Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel 👍

A lovely, budget friendly hotel. Great staff, super clean room, nice pool and yummy breakfast. Kind, warm and welcoming staff. The location is fantastic as well. Sandwiched between rice paddies in front, and massive limestone karsts behind. Super quiet side street, just a 10 minute walk to downtown. Free bikes and motorbike rentals as well. Highly recommended!
