The rooms are fine, some re caulking of the showers is needed, mine was on the 2nd floor. The hotel reminds me of a lodge in the entrance. The spicy margarita I ordered at the pool tasted weird, but drinkable, no happy hour at the resort. Spa price list was surprisingly cheaper than in other city locations, didn’t get any treatments however

Resort is located along a beautiful lake and opposite a mountain. Great location if you are fan of nature. Hotel manager Anna was extremely helpful when I contacted her via Zalo. She arranged a driver for my day trip to 3 location at a reasonable price and was attentive to my needs. There is some improvements required for this hotel such as breakfast, but overall a beautiful place to stay. As this is near nature, not for the faint hearted for small tiny harmless insects in the room. Picture is taken from my room.

Scamming. Resort is like a cheap motel. Overpriced and low service. There are no brush for teeth. Disappointed with booking.

Beautiful place to see the rice fields ... The lodge is beautiful . Employees are great , even though we had a little difficulty to get them to understand English. Food on the other hand , was ordinary... I tried many meat dishes and the pork was not up to my standards. The portions are to big , and expensive... Since we , my wife and I do not share plates , we overpaid for meals that were so so ...

We stayed in Lotus Villa Suite for weekend and had amazing experience and customers service was excellent and whole resorts was beautiful with location and view from how room was amazing and private too! If you want just weekend getaway and relax from busy tourist crowd city center definitely book here. Definitely being booking here again! Also short walk to a small boat boat tour. Make sure to go early in the morning to see the Lotus field in full bloom
