We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff was incredibly respectful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the pool area was superb. Additionally, they helped us arrange our entire trip at a more affordable rate than what we found outside. Rooms and pools were cleaned meticulously every day. Room service is top of the ice cream. Due to our early flight, we mentioned that we wouldn't make it to breakfast on time, but they provided a special solution by packing our breakfast for us. Thank you so much; we highly recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful hotel in the midst of trees, vegetation and tranquility. It was great to see so many frogs and geckoes at night. Fantastic swimming pool and relax area, lovely food at the restaurant and fantastic smoothies; service is very good. Staff are really friendly and polite. Highly recommend it. The only downside is the location, in a busy road with not much around it. Walking distance to the circus.

This place was a great price. Two rooms joined together. However, it seems like our rooms were not finished yet. There was nothing on the walls and missing lamps, finishing touches. The rooms felt stale. Also the phones in both rooms didn’t work. So no way to contact front desk or restaurant. Pool is very nice and seems clean. Breakfast in the morning isn’t bad but nothing to write home about. The staff is very nice and do what they can to help with what we needed. Seems like the other rooms were maybe nicer from what we saw, but just bummed our room seemed unfinished. Location is a bit far from city but we knew that. It’s nice and quiet. Great for our young family.

This place is simply beautiful. It's a couple kilometers from the city centre so it's fairly quiet, but still close enough to be convenient. The rooms are huge and either walk out to the pool or have balconies overlooking it. Service is excellent, and although we booked most of our own tours/transfers, the prices were exactly the same as offered by the hotel. Beautiful palms, gardens and water features, and bird song, dragon flies, butterflies, tree frogs and cute little lizards abound. Pool = 5⭐
