Stayed here with clinichub, the service and food was amazing, great communication amongst staff it was very accommodating. Guzal was lovely too, she always checked in with us during breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul but keep it in mind that it’s not a central hotel:)

Worst hotel. They charged me 3000 TL FOR deposit and told me it will be on hold but I never got that back. And upon check out I saw they did not ask deposit money from any one.

It's our go to place in Istanbul. Stayed there many times, never disappointed. Rooms are great, especially the one bed room apartments. Generous breakfast buffet and nice staff. Folks at the reception could be a little bit friendlier. A smile can make a big difference 😁. Staff at the bar need to pay a bit more attention to guests. You always have to call then at least twice. Apart of that, great place on the Asian side of Istanbul

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. One person in particular, Muhammed, was very nice and friendly while staying here. He Always greeted us guests with a big smile and extremely helpful. Extremely attentive to our needs. Coming from the US I highly recommend this hotel to guests wanting to come visit Turkey. I came alone and felt extremely safe and comfortable. Loved every minute of my stay here in this beautiful country.
