I had a great stay at this hotel, From the front disk staff to the housekeeping staff, they were all friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Dilara from the front desk for her support during my stay. Rooms size are above average size. A desk was missing from my room, to make it a perfect stay. The downside is the noise from the streat, the rooms' noise insulation is not enough. In summary, I will come back again.

I didn’t quite stay here, but I had the most amazing experience here In the middle of the night I walked into this hotel desperately looking for help to find an obscure shuttle bus pick up point. A lady at the reception went above, beyond and to the fifth dimension to help me. I don’t remember last time I had seen so much kindness in a person. Unfortunately, I failed at remembering her name, but perhaps it’s for the best. Forever and humbly grateful. Thank you

In the heart of Taxim, this clean and comfortable hotel is not only relatively affordable but also the staff is incredible nice and helpful and we needed a lot of help. Very welcoming people and also loved the the little details like fresh fruit infused water, fruits and cookies when you enter the hotel. Besides of that the entire hotel smells so nice. Can't mention enough how clean everything was. Definately going to visit Istanbul again and I already know where to stay at!

So disappointing experience, honestly my worst stay experience through over 15 years over traveling. Someone opening the room after midnight. Ceiling leakage and room change at 2AM A/C is not working and room is so hot to sleep at night. Hard to breathe with all windows closed because of the noise and no A/C Definitely frustrating and disappointing choice that I would not recommend or either choose it again.
