I wanted to have a room here but the hotel was full. The environment was great though and the lady on the counter was super nice and spent 20-25 minutes looking for a room for me in another hotel because I didn't have a data. She not only managed to get me a room but also directed me too. Why was the hotel full? Because people want to come here. Thank you to the lady at the counter who might be the owner for being so helpful to me

Rooms are comfortable, however, aircon is far too warm for the capsules. The amount of complementary supplies is great! E.g. toothbrushes, hair ties, razors etc. Moreover, the price is phenomenal for the price, especially considering you recieve a free drink with your accomodation!

Extremely neat, practical and reliable place ! Perfect connectivity, simplicity in check-in and checkout. Maybe a bike is better but super cool from JR station anyhow

Not so bad Good point - towel is provided staffs are polite toilets are acceptable but few consider the number of guests in the room Bad points 1. First is due to campaign in Sapporo. You wont get any coupon by staying in hostel. You stay here, it cost 2k, but if you stay in hotel about 3k, you get 2K Sapporo Smile coupon for restaurants so it is not value option. In addition, location is not so good, road there are bad. These external factor make it 0.5 star deducted. 2. though staffs are polite, there are many staffs and some are new staffs who are not sure what to do in some situation. They denied luggage storage a few hours after checkout; this could be big problem as lockers near station can be fully occupied. I deduct 1.5 star for this.

Clean & helpful staff. Fresh towels provided without charge. Small common kitchen with basic paraphernalia; microwave, kettle, shared fridge. All ladies shared washroom on second level and shared unisex washroom on third. Breakfast which was provided based on my reservations (extra cost uncertain as it was made by a friend) were decent but not exactly substantial; good pour over coffee though. Seven to ten minute uncovered walk from Sapporo Station.
