Extremely well run apartment block which is walking distance (approx 200meters) from the main checkers centre in sea point. The building has some nice amenities like a gym, rooftop pool and secure parking. The security is good with a guard at reception as well as key tag access to main areas. Stunning sea view from the rooftop and side sea views from some of the apartments. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked through Booking.com, the apartment is as the pictures on the website. The location is perfect and there is safe parking. Thank you Mark/Chris for the suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Town, I definitely recommend.

The way this block is managed is appalling. Mostly Airbnb rentals and guests have no respect or consideration for their neighbors!! Certainly no sign of any lockdown at TenOnQ
