Went for the Napoli vs Empoli match! The atmosphere was good but the stadium is quite dated with very basic facilities on offer. It’s in need of an upgrade and the entry gates needs a revamp too.

Was there for Napoli vs Fiorentina game. The atmosphere was good. Apart from the litters surrounding it with broken bottles etc, it's an old but full of historical Stadium.

You call it the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium and there is not ONE place outside the stadium where you honor the man who won you 2 championships? Disgusting! Stadium looks rundown. Not a lick of paint, pathetic gates. It looks like a third rate football teams stadium not one that just won the championship. Remember, there are people who travel around the world to visit this shrine. You need to set up the right expectations for them. I am so so disappointed. I wouldn't have even made the trip here had I known the sad state of this stadium. A stadium that is called the great man's name but doesn't even display it anywhere. There's even feces round the walkway. Disgusting state of a stadium. Your ultra fans ought to do something about it.

Champions League night with the worst organization of access to the stadium, stewards who don't know where your sector is. The stadium itself frankly needs reconstruction: dilapidated, with wobbling chairs, incomprehensible signs Real Madrid came to Napoli, but there was nothing bright and interesting in the stands. Yes, they sang loudly and shouted the last word of the Champions League anthem, but that was it. There are far more interesting football venues in Italy.
