Overall, this was a good stay. The location was good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. Our room did not include the continental breakfast, so we had to pay for this on top. It was fairly inexpensive and worth it if you are just looking for some food to keep you going. There were little vegan options here.

After booking a room we received a scam email from the hotel. So either a staff member tried to scam us or the hotel got hacked. Apart from that, the hotel was a mediocre experience. Good: Room was clean. Hotel is close to the city centre. Bad: Breakfast was lacking variety and some plates were not clean. Staff at the reception wasn't exactly friendly (mostly ignoring us). Room was loud as we heard a lot of noise from the hallway in front of the room.

Highly recommended!! Stayed here for 4 days (July 7-10) with my family. All I can say was it's very cozy, modern and peaceful. The room was perfectly cleaned everyday, thanks to the housekeeping. For the breakfast it is absolutely delicious, they served light and heavy meals every morning. They also have very accommodating/friendly staff that you can talk for 24/7, a big 👍 for them. The location of the hotel is very convenient and midway located to temples, food, Khaosan rd. and 7eleven. I Would recommend this if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel and clean place to stay in Bangkok. Will surely stay here again or once I decided to have another trip in Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭.

I came to stay one night at the hotel. In the first room I got, I found a woman's hair and a lot of dirt, as if the room had not been cleaned. In the second room I entered, the air conditioner did not work and after he fixed it, I took a shower and in the middle of the shower the water stopped working. In 7am on off the workers opne my door when i was sleeping! The service is bad. I don't recommend going to the hotel at all

I was actually happy with my hotel room. But soundproofing would be necessary. You can hear your neighbours. The greedy hotel workers made me give a very bad evaluation! we arrived before the check-in time and they wanted money if we want to get into the room earlier. All well and good, I didn't really care about that. But when I checked out!!! I've never experienced anything like that. I left the room and wanted to hand over the key. The lady at the reception communicated with the cleaner. She came with my USED towel, which had red stains. They charged 10 euro for it. Like how about washing the towel???? First I didn’t wanted to pay and said they should wash it. And lol what is the lady doing? She goes to the bathroom and tries to get it out with her HANDS. Than she came and showed me the towel and said „look you can’t get it out!“ Do you wash towels by hand? You wash them at 60 degrees!!! You can get all the stains out! Ijust had 240 Baht. She was like „ok just give me 240baht“ like wow as you did me a favor. Embarrassing behaviour 🙈🙈🙈
