I've stayed for a month with a monthly rent. The owner's nice and the staff are helpful. The rent's inclusive of free WiFi and the room has a TV, a fridge, an air-conditioning unit, a water heater in the shower, a clothes rack, a dressing table and an emergency torchlight. There are some coin-operated washing machines and a dryer downstairs. All rooms are non-smoking rooms and there are 24-hour CCTVs in the hallways. Utilities are based on usage. Pretty nice and clean. The only difficult thing that I found was that there's no sunlight to dry the clothes as the building next door was quite close.

Overall everything is good, clean, close to the city, but I would like to criticize one thing: the bath water is yellowish and the water is not very clean. But I can take a shower.
