Location is very convenient. But there’re no proper parking. So it’s better if you don’t have a car. The rooms that we stayed were new and well-equipped. (But water temperature at the shower was a bit difficult to adjust and water ran a bit too gentle in the room I stayed.) But the service was very very excellent. That’s why I gave overall 5 stars. The staffs were super friendly and attentive and helpful. Definitely will stay there again next time.

Location is superb , Breakfast is the best ❤️ New Renovate 2023 everything is so clean and stylish In the middle of old town close to everywhere . Next to convenient store . Also super cute and unique style shop in the hotel ❤️ the best hotel in Thailand 🌈❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥

Just before New Year prices went up like crazy, which is expected. Initially booked this hotel for 4 days, regardless of mixed reviews found on the web. As it turned out, most reviews were from pre COVID times. At that time hotel was indeed old, needed renovations. Owners took advantage of the lockdowns - re-did the whole hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to see brand new clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, shower that actually has hot water, drain that works. Area is centrally located, in walking distance to pretty much everything you need during travels. There is some noise, especially on Sundays - city market takes over major streets. But that is the price you pay if you stay in any central area. On a separate note I would like to thank Boom, who was very helpful during my stay. Speaks great English, told me the story of the hotel - it is managed and owner by a Thai family. If you don’t want to give your money to big corporations and support locals - this is the place to stay! Ended up staying here almost 4 weeks. Next time I’m Chiang Mai will definitely stay here.

The 3-Sis is my favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai. I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years. The 3-Sis and the attached restaurant, Poppy's Kitchen, have been completely remodeled in the past two years and are better than ever. The staff of both the hotel and the restaurant is attentive and caring - they epitomize the best Asian customer service attitude, and truly want me to have a good experience in Chiang Mai. I'm treated as if I were one of the family. The 3-Sis is located right in the heart of the old Chiang Mai city, making it easy and convenient to walk to many of the popular destinations.
