I must commend the excellent service provided by the staff—they were not only friendly but also extremely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's pool is truly incredible, adding a delightful touch to the overall experience. On the downside, the rooms lacked comfort, and additional lighting in the evening would have greatly improved the ambiance. Plugs next to the bed would also be a convenient addition. Despite these points, the exceptional service and the mesmerizing pool make this hotel a noteworthy choice.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I couldn't go wrong in choosing this hotel. The reception staff were so friendly that I was surprised, especially Khun Pailin. Her service was very impressive and she provided excellent information about the hotel and room I was staying in. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this hotel will meet your needs quite well. And I like sitting and looking at the view of the garden that the hotel has arranged in front of the balcony of the room, which no matter which corner of the hotel you stay, you will see the view. All the same That is the garden view that was arranged in an interesting way. I promise that next time I will come back and stay here again.

We stayed there only one night on our last day of Chiang Mai. The staff was very kind and fast all the time from check in to check out. It is a boutique hotel, small but well maintained. The hotel and rooms were designed with a minimalist approach. The heated pool was good. The night market is in walking distance. They have car parking lots. The presentation of breakfast was nice. The shower drain was not working properly and water didn't go well. Nice and cozy place.

The hotel is same as the pictures. It is a great surprise to have found this beautiful place in Chang Mai! The quality of the services as well as the design are perfect! I am used to the Swiss standard and I am highly satisfied here. I had a birthday trip there with my girlfriend and we are lucky to get a little surprise from them for this 😁🥳 I highly recommande this hotel for your stay, you won’t be disappointed!

Not really a 4 star hotel in terms of service and amenities. We had 2 incidents that really bothered us during a 3 day stay: 1. The entrance area us very slippery when it rains, as it is exposed and the floor is polished stone. The hotel didn’t mop it during a heavy period of rain, I walked by and fell, and pretty much performed a split for the reception worker, bruising my knee, and she only asked me if I was okay and just moved on… there was no apology and no follow-up; 2. We changed room halfway through the stay as the first room didn’t have full availability for the days we are staying, and after changing into the second room, reception called up to ask us if we smoked in the first room. I hate cigarette smoke, and make a point of booking non-smoking rooms, so we were pretty mystified. We went back to the room and found it just as we left it — with no hint of cigarette smells. Front desk came up to check, saw that there was no smell, shrugged, said sorry, and left… okay…? We were expecting some sort of follow-up from management for both incidents, but not a peep even after we checked out. In my experience, both should be considered pretty big blunders for a 4 star property. My friend and I stayed for 3 days here, first day in a ‘suite’ (it was really just a bigger room), and the next 2 days in a regular room. The suite had a smart toilet, a bathtub, central AC (as opposed to the remote controlled type), breakfast service in the room, and much better sound proofing (the regular room had thin walls and we heard footsteps and impact noises throughout the day). The regular room had none of these things… this large discrepancy felt pretty weird given that this hotel only has about a dozen rooms in total. Breakfast also was quite limited, there were 3 types of combos to choose from, and you had a set a time instead of just walking into a buffet. The room decor was a little less minimal-feeling than the official photos, though still quite pretty. Pool was freezing, but also pretty. So overall, would recommend if you wanna stay a day for some photos. Otherwise there are more professional options available within this price range.
