Staff played a blinder after an overbooking situation at another hotel and error on the room type. Without a moment of hesitation the issue was resolved and a complementary cocktail was offered during the (very) brief room swap. I'm always pleasantly surprised at how impeccable the customer service is at this hotel. Keep up the fantastic work, and a big thumbs up on the signature scent of the rooms! I look forward to my next stay!

We just returned from a week in Dublin and absolutely loved the Alex Hotel. The location was fantastic and the rooms were just perfect for us. The gym, which is located at their sister property, The Mont (just around the corner!), had everything you need to get a good workout - I saw an earlier post complaining about this but don't understand the issue since it really is a two-minute walk, which shouldn't bother you if you're not only going to workout but also likely highly walking this city. The staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions and taking great care of us during our stay. Highly recommend staying at The Alex!

We had the Alex suite and it was very spacious. Large bedroom and living room. Excellent amenities. The shower was a bit tight but had excellent pressure. Breakfasts were delicious. Above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Alex is located next to the Ginger Man bar which is a lot of fun. We highly recommend staying at the Alex!
