Ideal location for a stay in Dublin. Stayed in a twin room for 2 nights. The room was big, bright, very clean and quiet and had a great view of the city however, it could be a bit warmer - or extra blankets provided for particularly cold winter nights. The heating didn't seem to be as high as the temperature said on the thermostat. I wasn't a fan of the pillows either. The staff were great, breakfast staff were extremely hardworking, doing a great job and reception staff - Lucas and Pablo were lovely and welcoming as were the housekeeping staff that we met. Breakfast itself was also excellent - wide variety of options to suit most people but porridge would be another great addition. One final note would be the uniform of one of the DMs was unusually casual for a hotel on the day of our arrival, it was a bit more appropriate the following day but coming from hospitality it's not usual to see a duty manager in a crop top so perhaps providing a uniform would solve this. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend.

Great experience here. Rooms were clean and check-in was seamless. The breakfast had a great variety of food and was definitely a hot spot. Not use to that many people showing up for breakfast! Special thank you to Lucas and rest of staff who made us feel welcomed and were especially sweet to my 2 year old.

The hotel staff are all super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They will always do something alternative to accommodate your request regarding preference. Positive and bright attitude. Great breakfast buffet offering. Even though the rooms are quite small, the ceiling to floor glass walls adds good vibes to the room ambiance. Overall, I will definitely one back because of the good treatment from the amazing team.

Let me start by stating this is NOT a five star hotel - but we DID have a 5 star experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are excellent and the breakfast is better than you would expect. The bar is decently stocked so if you need a late pour when you get back, there are lobby options. The elevators can be a challenge and directions provided could (should) be improved. But all in all we have no real complaints. Everything we asked for was provided, and we didn't need to ask for much.
