We got a free upgrade by chance because we prepaid and they ran out of our room type, which was nice. We had a two king, small living room suite, which was great. Good location as we didn’t have many people around. If you like to sleep in you can hear when people slam their doors and leave for the park early in the morning, but not usually a super big problem like some of the other places nearby with thinner walls. Bed was on the firmer side but still comfortable. Shower was great! The close location to Disney was worth every penny (but then again I booked 3 months in advance). Also enjoyed the bar/ pizza place attached which had a large selection of beers/ drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

We were not expecting a Ritz Carlton when we booked. We got the king deluxe room and found it very comfortable and nostalgic. Our beds were VERY, comfortable! Location to Disneyland was super convenient. It exceeded our expectations. The grounds well maintained. We roped dropped and then came back in the afternoon to take a break and then pop back over for a show or some more rides. The location made this possible. You know what you are getting. We will likely stay here again.

Front desk employees were great! Housekeeping was great as well, when we requested additional pillows they arrived to our room promptly. The short walk to and from the park entrances was the best! With little ones who nap still, this made all the difference. The bathroom is dated but didn’t mind it. The property itself has some fun life size games to play with, like chess on the lawn. Lastly, if you plan to stay at the park the day of check out, they allow you to still park at the hotel for only $20 more dollars. When you have strollers, this is far more convenient than emptying your stroller, folding the stroller up to get on a shuttle, and then setting it back up to get the kids to the car. Overall a great experience.

My frequent visits to Disneyland often lead me to choose The Anaheim Hotel for my stay. The hotel’s parking lot comfortably accommodates large vehicles like an F350 pickup, and the check-in process is notably swift. While the rooms are somewhat compact and simplistic in design, their cleanliness and essential amenities sufficiently meet my needs. The hotel’s prime location is a significant advantage; it offers a quicker and more convenient walking route to Disneyland compared to the alternative of parking elsewhere and using the tram. Guests seeking luxurious accommodations may find the hotel’s offerings modest. However, for those prioritizing a clean, safe, and conveniently located place to rest after a day at Disneyland, especially with plans for an ensuing day at the park, The Anaheim Hotel is an excellent choice.
