I gave it all 5 stars because it served all of the needs that we needed. It was less than a mile from the parks. There were multiple restaurants and a gas station right there. The room was clean. The beds were actually very comfortable for me. I have a hard time sleeping most of the time. The pillows were quite squishy which I like. The TV got the homework channel which is nice at Christmas time. We paid less than $85 a night. I was able to back my car up right to my hotel room door because I was on the first floor. Most of the time I travel like a poor kid because I am able to travel more that way. I stay at a lot of very affordable type of hotels and motels. So I guess if you're going to book here just think about what you want. If you're expecting something fancy probably not the room for you. If you want something affordable that has the amenities that you would want then this is the room for you...... Sure I could pick the room apart 50 different ways like many of the other reviews. There's no need to!

Good hotel for under $100 per night, but I'd never pay more than that. The best feature of this hotel is that it is located 1 mile south of the Disneyland entrance. As for the room, the beds are very firm and it is not the cleanest. Noise level is pretty high. I also was concerned about privacy and security. I put the "do not disturb" sign on my door each day, and each day someone had clearly come into my room, moved my stuff around and opened the window curtains so everyone could see into my room. For this reason alone, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It just creeped me out too much!

Now this place is not the Ritz or the Marriott. However I got a GREAT price online. 2 nights for $129. Outstanding the best anywhere. The area was good. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly no Hassel no judging. My ma has a small motorhome that only took 1 space and they didn't trip on parking it in their lot like most do. This place has a pool and jacuzzi outside and I personally seen a pool guy check it both days I was there. It deserves a 5 star BCUZ of the convenience, understanding of life, the easiness and quickness at check in, and the peaceful stay without having their nose up and bring better than everybody. This is my go to from here on.

I WOULD NOT recommend this establishment. WALK INTO ROOMS UNINVITED. I’m usually not one to leave reviews but my experience at this hotel has not been like any I’ve experienced and not in a positive way. First issue that arose was that there was a towel that was very dirty with someone else’s makeup on it. Not a huge deal but then I noticed a bath towel had some mascara on it too and then when we got new ones a couple of those had spots on them as well. The biggest issue that occurred was when my partner and I were getting ready to head to the parks. I was in the middle of getting dressed so not completely decent and my partner was using the restroom with the door open. I heard a knock on the door but because neither of us were decent we couldn’t answer. We also had our do not disturb sign on the door as we don’t like people entering our room during our stay. Well, after the second knock I saw the door begin to open. I had to hide behind the bathroom door and all I could say was “hello?!”. Instead of immediately apologizing and turning around she proceeded to try to come into our room and say that they “needed to check something”. I just shook my head and she left. Once my partner was done going to the restroom he went out to the hallway where they still were and asked why they did that and was met with “we just need to check something”. We waited a second still in shock at what just happened and he went to the lobby to tell the front desk that we didn’t want anyone entering our room while we were gone either and she just kept saying that they needed to check something. Finally they agreed to leave the room as is. On top of our own experience while my partner was requesting more towels he overheard two other guests complaining the room service walked in on them as well. Very unprofessional and invasive. Edit: this was not house keeping. This was the manager of the establishment.

These are probably the best bang for your buck if you’re just looking for a place to crash. We are the all-day Disney types so we just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Sleeping was fine, not luxury but comfy and no bed bugs so they deserve the star. The showering was a problem because the tub kept clogging. And after a WHOLE day at Disney it was STILL full 🤦🏽‍♀️ I had to roll the sleeves up and do the job myself so that was def worth subtracting a star. The pool looked super dirty w/ an almost green tint to it so we didn’t use that but the hot tub was barely decent so I let the little one splash around in there (since it wasn’t hot either). Either way, it worked for what we needed. I didn’t mind getting my hands a lil dirty for the price we paid and the location being so near to Disney. The staff was daily friendly too. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. I’d stay here again as long as they keep the bed bugs away and the sheets clean.
