This review is only about spa and not the hotel itself. For a 5 star hotel, it’s a very modest spa which can be marked at 4 stars at best - and that’s mainly to the nice personnel who’s helpful staring from the reception. Facilities are TINY! Even if it’s only the 2 of you, you will simply not fit in the sauna (you can only sit there and can’t lay down as there is not enough space for that, and we are both slim). Steam room is a bit better but still too small, again not comfortable for 2 people, only for seating. At the same time, even though they try to allow a couple at a time, there can be more than one (we had this experience), so you kinda have to compete for the space. Jacuzzi is not too big too. Also for a 5 star hotel, no basic things in the changing/shower area. No single use brushed if you forgot one (can be a big trouble for people with long hair), no earbuds etc. Hair driers are available but the cord is so short you have to stay in a very uncomfortable position to use it! And I’m sorry, but it was dirty.. I simply didn’t want to be there because of all the hair and dirt which wasn’t cleaned (pics attached). Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. The treatments are okay. If you’ve been to some really good places and have something to compare with, you can spot the difference.

An amazing location overlooking Green Park easy to get to from Victoria. We took advantage of the business services side of the hotel and hosted a strategy day. The service and staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended for business and leisure.

Magnificent place that may strike you as posh, but everyone is so welcoming. We love to drop in for a cocktail if we're in London, and you're always greeted warmly by all the members of staff. And they make a mean Old Fashioned.
