This hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to add that little extra wow to the experience. There were certain elements of the soft product which took the stay from good to exceptional. For example they provided a coffee plunger and coffee grounds in the room for a fresh coffee. They provided sun hats by the roof top pool. They offered a turn down service. The hotel itself is brand new and the beds are extremely comfy. There’s two pools to choose from and multiple dining options. It is right in the centre of town just a few minutes from places to eat and explore. The breakfast is more ‘made to order’ than buffet style. It could be improved but was not at all bad. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend everyone else to stay.

I can give this hotel a 5 stars for the time we spent there. The rooms were clean, comfortable and (deluxe double) in a good spot for us. The staff went out of their way to assist us with both the room and organising tours and a driver and tuk tuk driver (who was informative and kind and courteous). I thoroughly recommend this hotel in Siem Reap, good location and a great pool. ps. recommend to friends, family and anyone.

Cracking hotel with really nice roof pool. Very much a boutique style so has a friendly feel. Attentive staff and lovely food. Breakfast was 1st class and set us up well for the day. In our top hotels of our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia.
