Perfect location. The rooms are a bit smaller, but we didn't even need bigger ones because we spent the whole day sightseeing in the city. The receptionist was extremely nice and kind. I highly recommend Bridge suites for a stay in Rome.

*WIFI didn't work; however we were charged in the package for WIFI *No breakfast actually , it was served out of the suite in the cheap coffee shop with terrible quality. We charged for rubbish. *No waiting room *Check out at 10:30 am; generally check out time is 12 pm at most hotels and resorts *No services and facilities for the travellers /guests who arrive early *No locker for luggage if you arrive before check-in or leave later after check out *No any signage out of the building, difficult to find the place *Old lift/elevator *Old, messy and dirty entrance, corridors and stairs *Entrance door locker didn't work well, the key was stuck in the locker every time and people struggle to open it

My first impressions of this place weren't that high. I quickly changed my mind on that when we arrived after hours and were left outside wondering where the entrance was. One of the staff stayed up late and waited for us. We called and he was ever niced and helped us by guiding us to find the entrance. This is not your typical hotel. It's more like apartments but the floor where The Bridges Suites was at was separate and private with only 5 very nice rooms. It made it seem as if we had our own condo in Rome. The hotel is conveniently close to multiple tourist attractions. It's right in front of Castel St. Angelo and walking distance to Piazza Navona and The Vatican. The one thing that stood out the most was the AMAZING customer service. The staff was very friendly,nice and helpful. They definitely made us feel more comfortable.

Amazing location! This place is truly in the heart of the city, so many places are close by, and there is a bus stop as well with good connections. The room was super tidy, spacious and organised, with a beautiful bathroom, mini bar, heater/AC, but the bed is only 180 or max 190 cm, soooo...that is not too big, but still, comfortable. We had a warm welcome and a quick, problem free check-in. The city tax comes as an extra expense, so be prepared to pay a few euros more per person per night.

Clean and well equipped apartments. 5 of them in one floor of the building next to the church near St. Angelo bridge. Downside is that the rooms are tiny and as they are divided by drywall, you get quite a noise from the room next door, if you have loud neighbours. Otherwise recommended. Clean towels, clean shower, no bath. But nice touch is that you get flip flops to use and toiletry. (cotton buds, cotton pad, shampoo, soap, gel) Also the personnel was very pleasant and happy to help.
