The location of the Byzantine Hotel was better than I expected. The breakfast was amazing, even had fried eggs on request, fresh honey. English tea on request as well. Our room was large and very quiet, with an amazing view of the Bosphorus. The sunrises were breathtaking. All the staff went beyond expectations to help. With 4 large towels 4 small even a foot towel. Erhan was the breakfast manager, was always smiling and anything we asked for was delivered straight away can't thank him enough. I think this is the Hotel me and my family will use for all our trips to Istanbul. Me and my wife used the rooftop restaurant and the food and service along with the views were amazing.

Hotel which in my opinion should be 3 star at maximum. Hotel have rooms which different completely from that shown on Booking. Additionally, entrance looks dirty, internet is very poor and breakfast from hotel are awful and are located in basement. I highly recommend breakfast on the rooftop restaurant which is much better quality and in similar price. Huge advantage is a location which is really good and close to attractions and to tram station.

Good hotel right on the main tourist strip - Man Utd were in town when I stayed so a lot of English yuffs out on the lash, which made it lively but a bit noisy. Excellent and friendly staff, upgraded me when i asked for a quieter room. Room was lovely, breakfast was good but overall a little touristy

Erhan he's a good manager from breakfast. He's very nice he has a good heart he no do welcome customer speak English speak Chinese speak mini mini language French and I'm so glad I'm so happy. I'm satisfied. The breakfast is very delicious every day. I stand here 21 day but I like it hotel is Lexis. Everything is clean. The Wi-Fi is high They have the good good good good person work here the concierge is very nice. Ali Mohammed is very nice anybody's nice and the service is so perfect perfect perfect
