Amazing hotel! One of my favourite hotels to stay in all of Istanbul! The staff are superb! The guest relations manager was fantastic and offered us tea and she was great! We will definitely be staying again! I have another trip to Istanbul planned for February and will definitely look at Hotel Zurich for my stay.

I am very satisfied of the hotel. The room was perfect, very cosy with comfortable bed. It's very clean and everyone working there is very professional. I liked the guy playing piano while eating breakfast. I enjoyed eating at the restaurant downstairs and also spending evenings at the rooftop lounge. The location was great as well, very close to everything needed. I highly recommand. It took me weeks to choose this hotel after long research and I am happy of my choice.

I don’t like don’t like doing negative reviews, but in this case I think is important for other guest to know my experience. Not a good place to sleep if you are sensitive to noise. A music bar on the ground floor and a disco on the 7th floor. Even though we were apparently, as they told us, in the best floor, the 3rd, you can still hear the base getting through the building and into your ear. I had to sleep with ears plugs every night.

100% will not recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing time/holiday. Some of the rooms were so smelly that we had to change rooms three times! In the end we had to compromise!!! Most of the front staff, including the manager...dont trust them. There was one lady, she was very helpful and was trying to help! But not much was accomplished to resolve the situation. Had complained four times to resolve the issue and was not resolved! Hotel manager didn't seem to care and was very rude!!! Will never use or recommend this hotel to anyone, even if this was the only hotel in the world!!! Avoid... Avoid....I can go on... And on... We stayed four nights! Big mistake!!! This hotel is supposed to be four stars (***") I would rate it as 1 (*).
