Great hotel, had everything you could want and need. The owner is a stand up chap. He was there to welcome us in and made the time and effort to speak to us everyday, taking an interest in our plans etc. He helped us up to our room and nothing was too much. Breakfast was smashing and he even took the time to remember that our son doesn't like his beans touching his other food. We told him jokingly in passing and in the morning his breakfast arrived with his beans in their own little pan. Little things count in my book and that's something that I appreciate. His dad, who was on hand at breakfast, was also a gentleman, kind considerate and attentive. Rooms are modern, clean and fresh.. in fact the whole hotel is. I appreciate the sofa in the lounge area, it's colourful and unique. Everything is finished to a nice standard. Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything and the owner has good local knowledge for parking and is very helpful. All together everything you could want as a family, couple or just their by yourself. Thank you for a great stay, no hesitation to recommend to others!

Great hotel! Simon the owner was friendly and took time to chat to us when he could. Hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were spacious and comfy. Will definitely be back!

Excellent stay in this hotel Simon was a gent throughout and it was good chatting to him in my week there whenever we met. Breakfast was excellent too and there’s lots of local choices for food around the hotel. Recommended.

Great hotel! You never know what you're getting at Blackpool. Happy to say we shall be back one day. Easy access to the beach and central to everything on the main stretch. Alexia, smart tv, smart lights and USB sockets in our room. Our family room had two double beds that worked well and were NOT temporary bedding as we have had at other locations. Clean and fresh room. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. The host knows his hotel well and is proud of his work. Thanks, two adults and two kids.

Arrived with my 5 year old son after a hell of a week at work and as soon as I arrived Simon the owner greeted me at the doorstep. Very polite gentleman. The room was immaculate and very well presented. The bed was so so comfy and linen lovely. Stayed the weekend and loved the full stay. Simon was always helpful and the breakfast was delicious. En-suite was to a very high standard. Definitely recommend this homely environment if you wish to have fun in Blackpool then come back to a quite home from home. My son also said he would give it a thumbs up lol,
