The Charles Hotel was a lovely surprise. Conveniently located just off the Charles Bridge and close to a vibrant shopping and eating area. The staff were very helpful, especially Kristina who helped us arrange transfers from the airport before our arrival, outlined highlights to see in the city, and was just the loveliest of people in helping us enjoy our stay. To top it off, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was in our room on the last night. The breakfast was plenty and varied and our beautiful room, with frescoes on the wall, was large and roomy for three of us. All-in-all a great place to stay when visiting Prague.

Stayed November 2023 This was my fourth stay at The Charles Hotel and as always was excellent. I expect to be there again later this year. As always, the breakfasts are "european" but that's fairly normal in Europe. Having said that, there is wide choice. The staff are helpful and friendly and the location, ideal, being between the Old Town and the Castle with lots of eating and drinking places close to hand. Once again, special mention to Kristina - I hope the hotel is proud of you!

I loved this hotel! Our room was beautiful - we ended up with one of the rooms with the beautifully decorated ceilings - and had a beautiful view of the street as well! The hotel breakfast was actually really good and had a wide selection of food and was a nice addition. It's in a great area - close to Charles Bridge, Lennon Wall, close to transit, multiple bars, and restaurants. Only a 15 minute walk to Old Town by the Astronomy Tower and all that good stuff. It was our first time in Prague and I would definitely stay here again if we returned!
