You get what you pay for . We stayed here for 2 night for a layover to go to the islands. The room is spacious but definitely would be better if the room was better maintained the toilet in our room got clogged so we needed to move to a different room . The room we got moved to was nice and had a view of Makati city but the glass window needed cleaning . The whole place needs a renovation or even just a new paint work - the place itself has so much potential!. It’s in the perfect location and could probably be more competitive if the owner spent a little bit of money to do some renovations because they can then charge a bit higher for the rooms . The staff were outstanding all very professional and helpful during our stay .

Not sure if we would stay here again. The most attractive part of this hotel is its location and proximity to Greenbelt mall. However the rooms were small and the shower wasn’t very clean. There was also a terrible odour right outside our door making it unbearable to walk through the corridor. We ended up relocating to a different hotel when we returned to Manila because of this odour. We expected more for how much we paid.

I always stay here every time I go home in the Phil. The staff are friendly , the room are clean , the room price top notch 👍 , location excellent close to Greenbelt and all the shopping and restaurants. The Charter House for me is home away from home so to all the staff especially the front desk Thank you very much for looking after me and my daughter we stay here September 17, 18 , 25 , 27 & 9th of October 2023 Regards, Mylene Keefe

I stayed at The Charter House for weeks and I was very impressed by their service and facilities. The hotel is located in a convenient area, just a few minutes walk from the Greenbelt and Glorietta malls, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional, and they helped me with everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fridge, mini-bar, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices, from continental to Asian and American dishes. The Capiz Coffee Shop also serves lunch and dinner, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend The Charter House to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Makati.

Great location in the heart of Makati. 1 minute walk to Greenbelt 3, 5 minutes walk to Landmark. Rooms are basic. Nothing fancy. Aircon units are often old and noisy but cold. Those are window types aircon units. Price is the cheapest for a hotel in this area of town. Reception is helpful as well as staff and security guards. A guard would help you cross the street with an umbrella to either protect you from the heat of the rain. Breakfast is basic and served at the plate. It’s either Filipino, American or Continental breakfast choices. Of course you can also order a la carte. Food choices are mostly Filipino-Chinese. Prices are reasonable for the area. Next to hotel entrance you will find a 7-11 and also has an ATM. A few meters after you will find one famous fresh bagel bakery that’s really good. In short, in this hotel you will feel safe, near all the Greenbelt commercial centers and restaurants at the cheapest price possible in this area of Makati.
