The receptionist has a good attitude, the room space is also good, the ground floor Fairyland head spa experience is great, and the price is reasonable

I *do not recommend* living here or staying here. Here’s why: - The building is very old compared to other condos you can live/stay at in Makati. Elevator, hallways, and other public areas, are poorly maintained. - They have a ridiculous policy if you have friends over. Any longer then 1 day and you will be charged 1500. Yes this includes both lease and Airbnb accommodations. - The amenities are subpar for the price compared to other condos you can rent. There are better pools, gyms, etc, for the money in other condo buildings nearby. Once again DO NOT RECOMMEND there are many better options and choices you have available in Makati and Manila.

Guards are very RUDE, RACISTS… specially if you are foreigners, guards acting like they own the condominium lol. So it’s a big no no to rent or stay here.

I DON'T RECOMEND! The staff here does nothing but engage in petty bureaucracy and pointless red tape. They have hired too many useless workers who really can't think of anything useful to do so they enforce pointless rules that are inconvenient to the guests. I would not rent or stay here until management decides to focus more on customer experience and less on the staffs ego need enforce pointless rules. You have to sign in all the time to use any of the facilities and they will harass you for any pointless reason.
