Great service - thanks Faron at the front desk. She kept the venue very well regulated and was able to provide us a table when available. Professional and courteous! Overall excellent cocktails. I enjoyed just the simple straight vodka martini over the Number 11. Drinks were decently strong and very unique mixes. Comfortable seating, kind staff, and great selection. Premium pricing!

Historic hotels are rare. Historic hotels that lean into their history while at the same time offering all of the pleasantries of modernity are even rarer. The Connaught is exactly that—that rare combination of old and new, charm and elegance. On top of which: the service, the bars, the restaurants are all top shelf. Now, against all that, what puts this classy establishment into a league of one are all the little touches they offer and extend to children to make their stay extra special. Simply put, the best.

My second time photographing at this classic hotel, and it was during the enchanting Christmas season. A special thanks to Christina, who guided me to the most picturesque spots, including the captivating green and purple elevators. The service was exceptional, and witnessing their meticulous preparation for the event, including table service practice, showcased their dedication. A truly magnificent place, oozing charm—I'm already looking forward to returning soon.

My partner surprised me with a stay here. We were sadly did not enjoy our time. The attitude of the staff are some of the worst I have experienced. I am well seasoned when it comes to staying in Mayfair hotels however the blatant snobbery was something else. Rooms were nice, food was nice but nothing exceptional. The Connaught has indeed gone downhill. Please train staff to not observe this superior attitude. I understand the hotel is marketed toward the upper class- but you cannot market toward this audience via a pretentious attitude. Left with a bitter taste in my mouth and sadness in my heart.
