We stayed here while honeymooning back in April and while I was extremely apprehensive at first about it not being more of a major chain, we ended up loving this guest house! The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, and gave us recommendations on nearby places to grab a bite to eat. The rooms were clean and extremely spacious, and the property itself was clean and the other guests at the time were very respectful of the quiet hours. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Inverness!

I stayed at The Coo's Guest House in May of this year at the end of my time walking the Great Glen Way. It was one of the nicest places I stayed on the route and it was so nice to rest there at the end of my walk. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet. I slept really well. Federica and Andrea were both very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend!

In May 2022, my girlfriend, now my wife, and I had a good stay at this hotel. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and were pleased to find our room clean and comfortable. Conveniently, we also had access to tea and hot water right in our room. The staff clearly take pride in their job. We had to check out at 4am (due to our flight). Andrea arranged a breakfast bag for us and helped us find a driver to the airport, making our early departure less stressful. Impressively, he even left a note for us in our room, thoughtfully written in Spanish, our native language. It's these personal touches that really made our stay stand out. To be honest, it has been one of the best places we have stayed. Keep the good work!

Lovely Guest House in Inverness, very near the city center, just a 5-10 minutes walk. The host was nice and helpful and gave us many useful advice for dinner and for the next day. The room was spacious, confortable and very clean, with great attention to detail. Bathroom was large and very clean too. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of sweet and savory options; I would recommend the pancakes with fresh fruit!
