We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fabulous! We had a city facing king bed room. The room was clean and pretty. The shower was strong. The lounge was trendy and fancy without being intimidating or overcrowded. The receptionist (Natalie) and all hotel staff were kind and accommodating. The location was a tiny bit out of the way of main attractions, but we still loved it. I would (and will) recommend to anyone traveling to Barcelona!

I booked this room for 4 nights because of the good reviews but I honestly don’t recommend it. The only positive is that the rooms are beautiful and very clean, no issue at all. However, we did not enjoy the services very much the hotel reception wasn’t friendly at all and couldn’t give us 1 smile and just looked soulless. The location was also not super convenient although there were buses nearby you had to walk 10-12 minutes for the nearest train stop. Most importantly, the hotel also has some relatively higher fees such as 4 euro per guest for city tax, which added up to 32 euros for us for 4 nights (which can literally get us another night stay at another decent hotel tbh). We also thought the water was free considering the price of the hotel but it was 3 euros for a small 150ml bottle. We also had to pay a deposit of 100 euros(normal), but it’s been 12 days since we checked out and we still haven’t gotten it back. For reference, I was also given refunds a week and 2 days ago from today and I have received both. Their deposit return system is incredibly slow. Finally, when we checked out the hotel they calculated the expense of our mini fridge wrong. We only took waters but they said we also took soft drinks and the chocolate which we never touched. Therefore, I would say I had quite a negative experience at this hotel and I’m super disappointed. I think also a part of that comes from the fact I’ve paid way less money and had way better service and experiences at other hotels. The fact that the hotel is already on expensive side and also charge 4 euros per night per guest, shouldn’t they at least offer free water? Or at least not charge 3 euros for a tiny bottle. Although the rooms and ambience are lovely, I would still recommend you save your money here.

Visited from NYC! Exceptional hotel experience! immaculate and roomy. The staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and professionalism. The hotel is located within walking distance of renowned restaurants and subway stations. We felt safe strolling around the area even at night!

I stayed for approximately 11 days enjoying a vacation in Barcelona for my birthday. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and knowledgeable both of the area as well as nuances coming from foreign locations. The room was amazing and well maintained; the bed was comfortable and there was ample storage space for clothes. The only thing I would consider adding is facial tissue to the bathroom as I did not see any there. In regards to the hotel overall the only modification I can think that would improve most immediately is a display for the floor the elevator is on not only on the main level but others, as it is impossible to tell which elevator is moving and in which direction if not on the main level. Overall I can't imagine staying anywhere else on a return trip to Barcelona.

We had a fabulous stay at The Corner Hotel. The staff were amazing and very helpful with exceptional suggestions on eating out and where to go. The hotel had such a great ambiance. Our only suggestion would be to have the bar area open longer . Closing at 10pm was early especially for overseas travellers. We loved coming back to the hotel for a few drinks after dinner. We watched the hotel loose a lot of business as we sat in bar area enjoying the evening ambiance. We will definitely choose to stay here on our next visit. Great location , felt safe and close to all the places we wanted to visit. Thank-you so much to all the lovely staff who made our stay so wonderful.
