Great looking room (we stayed in the suite) and amazing location right in the shopping district but quiet enough for a nice sleep until reception is open again in the morning and tenants are being loud. Samba from the reception and Papa (concierge for the day) give great vibes and are very helpful! Our only issue was when at night we’ve been contacted by the night concierge and he was insisting that because of a technical problem to leave the key of the main street door/ hotel key outside the door (on a side wooden thing) in the main street ! Of course we refused, for safety reasons, but he was insisting and that sounded so unprofessional. Then he said we should wait for him 40 mnts (it was already 1am) to come so that we could give him our key but of course we refused again (for safety reasons and because we wanted to sleep(!) )

A fantastic location that's central and nestled within a great shopping district, yet still in a relatively uncrowded area. The rooms are beautiful, offering great views of the shopping streets. The service was incredibly kind and helpful, particularly from the concierge and receptionist (Samba & Papa).

Super friendly and helpful staff! I was in Milan alone and they recommended heaps of nice restaurants and bars. Hotel was at a great location for luxury shopping, would definitely come back to stay. 🥰
