I won't recommend this place for any stay. I stayed one night in the hotel. Based on my observations, I'm sharing my comments. 1. Rooms are very tiny and not clean. 2. You can hear noise and sound from next room. 3. You won't get towels in room by default, you have to collect it from reception on request. No toothbrush or paste. 4. Television won't work in many rooms. If you ask for room switch, you can get free booking cancellation option😞. Whoever books room in this hotel need to have a backup hotel ready to move. If management says "We can do free booking cancellation for you. If we report an issues".😏😏 5. No hot water.

If you can afford something better, do it. Our bed was against the window and there was a breeze coming through the window, we pushed our bed away from the window, on a plus the heating was on alnight and was very warm. Was happy when we left. This hotel needs some love and caring.

If you’re looking for a catfish hotel, then congrats you’ve found it. Everything that this hotel posted on their site is beyond deceiving. This place is so dirty that it shouldn’t be charging by the day but by the hour. The staff member that checked us in was nice but that was all the interaction we had with them. We got to our room and it was dirty, from the floor, bedsheets, towels, and the bathroom. My husband and I felt so uncomfortable that we slept fully clothed, on top of the towels that we laid across the bed. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, we checked out the next morning. Only thing going for this place was the location. I’m not sure how this place has 2.5 stars but save your money or better yet spend a little more on somewhere nicer and cleaner. Learn from our mistakes and don’t take this review with a grain of salt.

Sometimes I think that you get what you pay for. This hotel was really just a place to sleep while we explored London. The positives: The location is fantastic and the people on the desk were friendly enough. The bathroom was clean, although some mold on the ceiling. Has decent wifi. The negatives: The room was really dirty, aside from the bathroom. Stains on the floor, very dusty, and the TV remote looked like it should be a science experiment. The walls and doors are very damaged and there was only one double socket in the entire (very very tiny ) room to plug things in. The beds are old (although comfortable). There is no breakfast but I don't think I would have taken it, anyway, for fear of food poisoning. Shower can just about fit a person and we had to buy shampoo b/c what was given was not sufficient and poor quality. So, did I get what I paid for? No. It's too expensive, even though it's cheapish. I would/should have checked immediately but there was limited availability at other hotels in the area.
