It was a lovely room, we required a double and they only had a twin left but they'd even pushed the beds together for us! Shower was beautiful and had slippers which was a nice touch. Not far from the high Street, very welcoming and breakfast was lovely. Only fault was that the walls were a little thin so as we were on the ground floor could hear people coming into reception through the wall behind our bed which got a little loud.

Lovely hotel. Room was comfortable. The inside of the hotel with its spiral staircases and glass roof is spectacular. Hard to believe it was someone's home once. The breakfast room was decorated beautifully and cosy. Also outside was very quiet. The hotel's location is surrounded by beautiful buildings. Staff are very helpful and pleasent.Yeah - all in all, lovely place to stay.

Great location, kind service but no drinkable water in the room and very very poorly insulated windows (our room was on the ground floor and we fully participated in the trash removal outside our window at 0540 for 30 minutes). We will most likely not go back.

These it is a verry nice hotel in centre of London and the staff is verry friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms, with comfortable bed, nice bathroom... The breakfast is verry good and the price is reasonable ( £8 per person). There are many places close by the hotel that one can visit. Very kind and helpful people at the reception of the hotel answered to many of our questions and helped to buy tickets for tours and taxi. Thank you
